I designed and made this quilt after a holiday in Africa in 2019. I kept the quilting simple as life in the African village is simple.
Summer
I designed this quilt in 2021. It has been a year of many lockdowns and no holidays. My mind started dreaming of beach holidays and Summer’s spent with sand between my toes.

Stars over South America 2012
In 2010 I was luck enough to visit South America with my husband and two very dear friends. I precut star block to sew on planes, trains and boats. I finally finished this quilt just before going back to South America in 2013.
